We know that there are many decisions to be made with building a new house. With this in mind, we have created a state-of-the-art Design Studio that makes the job of picking out your homes features and finishes stress free and fun!

 

With our large Amish framing crews and our state of the art processes, we are able to have most new homes under roof in 10 days, whether it be in our community or on your own home site. This provides a much faster overall completion time for you and your family. In fact, our typical completion time for a 2,000 s.f. home is approximately four months.
