Your Jobsite Superintendent will give you a tour of the framing as well as introduce you to the Electrician and HVAC Technician. They will walk you through your home room by room to explain the placement of electric and HVAC components.

09

Homeowner Orientation

Your Jobsite Superintendent will give you a tour of your new home with a detailed demonstration of your home's functional systems. You will discuss Owner's maintenance, responsibilities, and warranties.
