Home Plan Deposit for Your Customized Home Design

Your journey begins with a home plan deposit, which allows our team to begin customizing your selected floor plan. This step initiates the design process and ensures your home is thoughtfully tailored to your lifestyle, needs, and homesite. At this stage, you will also receive a copy of our Homeowner Guide, a helpful resource that walks you through each step of the home building process.

Personalization & Selections

After selecting your custom home design, bring your vision to life in our state-of-the-art Design Studio, where you can choose from hundreds of high-quality features and finishes—all under one roof. Guided by one of our experienced Design Consultants, you'll enjoy a personalized and inspiring selection experience tailored to your style and lifestyle. Our Design Studio is designed to make building a home truly your own.

Meet with Production Team at Your Homesite

Meet with one of our experienced Production Team Members directly at your homesite to discuss the optimal placement of your new custom home. This personalized site visit ensures your home is positioned for both functionality and curb appeal, making the most of your lot’s unique features.

Contract Signing

Once your design and details are finalized, the building agreement is signed to officially begin the process of constructing your new custom home.

Loan/Financing Secured

Once your contract is signed, you’ll submit your plans and pricing proposal to the Lender of your choice for construction financing—or proceed with a cash deposit if preferred. If you haven’t selected a lender yet, we’re happy to provide trusted recommendations from our network of experienced construction loan specialists.

Make 10% Deposit to Secure Start Date

A 10% deposit of the final contract price is made to reserve your place in our construction schedule and secure your anticipated start date.

Final Design Review

Our team completes a final review of your plans, selections, and specifications to ensure every detail is confirmed before construction preparation begins.

Pre-Construction Meeting

This stage marks the final review of your custom home plans and the confirmation of all design selections. At this point, a smooth and well-coordinated transition will occur from your New Home Sales Specialist to your dedicated Jobsite Superintendent, who will oversee the home building process with precision and care.

Home Location Confirmed On-Site

Once the Pre-Construction Meeting is complete, your home’s exact placement on the property is verified on-site to ensure it aligns with the approved site plan and meets all requirements.

Construction Begins

With everything finalized, construction officially begins and your new custom home starts taking shape!

Mechanical Walk-Through in Your New Home

Once construction begins on your custom home, your dedicated Jobsite Superintendent will guide you through a personalized framing walk-through. During this visit, you’ll meet your Electrician and HVAC Technician, who will walk you room by room to review the planned placement of electrical outlets, lighting, and HVAC components—ensuring everything aligns with your vision before moving forward.

Pre-Closing Walk-Through in Your New Home

As your new home nears completion, your Jobsite Superintendent will provide a comprehensive walk-through and detailed demonstration of your home’s functional systems. During this tour, you'll review key features, discuss homeowner maintenance responsibilities, and go over warranty coverage to ensure you feel confident and informed before move-in day.

Final Closing (Key Celebration)

This marks the legal transfer of ownership—your final settlement and the official closing on your new custom home. At this exciting milestone, you’ll receive your keys and the celebrations can begin as you step into your new Bay to Beach home.
