Once pre-construction is complete, site work begins. The land is cleared, the foundation is poured, and the framing goes up. This is the point where your home really takes shape, and you can physically walk through the layout you’ve imagined on paper. After framing is complete, your home enters the major build phase.

At Bay to Beach Builders, once the framing stage is finished, the home is typically completed in 5–6 months, depending on the size of the home and the selections chosen. During this time, systems like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are installed. Insulation and drywall follow, then flooring, trim, cabinetry, tile, paint, lighting, and all the finishing touches that bring personality and comfort to the home. Meanwhile, exterior work such as roofing, siding, porches, and exterior details are completed with the same level of care—supported by the craftsmanship of our Amish building teams.

The final stage of the process includes a detailed walkthrough, final inspections, and orientation to your new home’s features and warranties. This typically takes a week or two before moving in.
